This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. I fondly remember my first stay when staff helped me with bug spray. It's a delightful experience, and I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The triple room was spacious and had comfy beds. I was pleasantly surprised by the great breakfast options. The cleanliness left something to be desired, though.

my stay at the citrus was a lovely surprise. the room was spacious with a comfy king-sized bed and nice bathroom facilities. it exceeded my expectations especially being centrally located near the arena and so close to everything in cardiff.

air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

The Standard Double Room was a bit of a letdown. It was basically two double beds pushed together, which caused a gap that made it hard to sleep comfortably. Only two pillows, and they were super firm. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and there was a noise that just wouldn’t quit. not what I expected from a hotel stay.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety, and the view from my room was stunning. the room was warmer than expected without proper cooling. I'd definitely come back, but I hope they fix the AC.
